Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a Full-time Field Installation Supervisor to guide the install team, supervise workmanship, and support an apprenticeship program. You will help ensure quality installations, mentor technicians, and collaborate with management on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years working in the field.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Advanced organizational abilities.
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
• Knowledge of industry is required.
• Basic computer skills and typing skills.
• Ten years of related experience and/or training in heating and cooling service and installation field.
• EPA Certifications required.
• Water Treatment Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation teams and ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Visit jobsites to ensure work aligns with proposal details and quality standards.
• Lead installations to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Assist in managing apprentice growth and training within the installation department.
• Provide feedback to management to improve profitability and quality of installations.
• Coordinate daily schedules and communicate with technicians and apprentices.
• Facilitate installation department meetings and safety trainings.
