DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a Full-time HVAC Training Manager to elevate technical and customer service training for a growing team. The role leverages virtual reality and live equipment training, with a structured four-year curriculum and registered apprenticeship to build skilled technicians.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC technician experience including service and installations.
• Customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; pass background and drug screening.
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure.
• NATE or equivalent certifications preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel experience required.
• Experience with Service Titan Software preferred but not required.
• Willing to attend trainings and work overtime as needed.
• Physically capable of required tasks; positive, friendly, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand technical and customer service training for HVAC technicians.
• Utilize virtual training platforms, VR training, and live equipment training.
• Oversee a structured curriculum and apprenticeship programs with the department of labor.
• Coordinate professional development, meetings, and career growth programs.
• Promote benefits and encourage ongoing training and certifications.
