DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a Full-time HVAC Training Manager to elevate technical and customer service training using virtual reality and live equipment training. The role includes a structured 4-year curriculum and registered apprenticeship with the department of labor to develop technicians for a growing industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as HVAC technician with service/installation experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Proficient with computer/phone/tablet.

• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure.
• NATE certifications preferred but not required.
