Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years field experience in HVAC installation.
• Advanced customer service and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• EPA certifications required.
• Knowledge of water heaters and heat pumps a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation teams and ensure processes and procedures are followed at all times.
• Visit jobsites to verify installations meet proposal details.
• Lead installations to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage apprentice growth and training programs for the installation department.
• Facilitate safety trainings and conduct weekly meetings.
