Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in program coordination or related role.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with several departments.
• Comfortable communicating with employees at different career stages.
• Professional judgment handling employee and program information.
• Experience with apprenticeship programs or workforce development is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Technical Academy schedules, classes, and training activities.
• Maintain apprentice enrollment, attendance, certification, and progress records.
• Organize training materials, presentations, manuals, and curriculum resources.
• Coordinate instructor calendars and classroom needs.
• Communicate program information with apprentices, mentors, instructors, and department leaders.
• Assist with onboarding and technical training activities.
• Support internal workshops, educational sessions, and company training events.
• Prepare program reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Order and organize classroom materials and training resources.
• Help keep apprenticeship requirements and documentation on track.
• Assist with leadership development and other employee training initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve program organization and administrative processes.
