Job summary

Recruit Up, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to drive growth within an assigned territory by cultivating existing customers and recruiting new ones. You will promote products, provide technical support, and conduct training for customers while coordinating with partners.

The role requires strong customer service, budgeting awareness, and proficient use of Microsoft Office for proposals and planning. A valid driver's license and a track record in field sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years in a similar position (3 years preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Product/applications and wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to adapt to different customer types.
• Understanding of budgets and budget tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct sales presentations to new and existing customers; determine requirements and recommend specific products.
• Prepare and present quotations; incorporate the selling process into proposal writing and pricing models.
• Assist customers in creating marketing plans and programs to grow their business.
• Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services.
• Integrate industry partners into sales opportunities and articulate the organization's value proposition.
