Job summary

Shearer Supply seeks a results-driven Territory Manager to grow an assigned geographic area for American Standard residential and light commercial HVAC products. Responsibilities

• Grow HVAC equipment, parts, and supply sales within the assigned territory.
• Recruit and develop new American Standard dealers.
• Execute territory business plans and monitor market conditions.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of dealer performance and market opportunities.
• Complete sales activity reports accurately and on time.
