Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to plan, organize, and grow a volume-driven dealer base across the assigned Maryland/Baltimore territory. You will sign up new dealers, promote product launches, and work with Branch Managers to expand sales and margins.

The role requires strong communication, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously within established procedures. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office is essential, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills including CRM, expense reporting, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and grow a base of approximately 50 target and core dealers.
• Target and sign-up dealers within the assigned territory.
• Build sales through communication about product launches, services, and discounts.
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system.
