Job summary

Daikin Comfort seeks an Inside Territory Sales Manager to grow a volume-driven base of ~50 Inside Sales Key Accounts and drive revenue and profitability. You will nurture relationships with key accounts, enabling graduation to Outside Territory Sales Managers as performance warrants, while coordinating with the Area Sales Manager to optimize account assignments.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• 3+ years sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and grow a volume-driven base of Inside Sales Key Accounts (~50).
• Nurture and develop Key Accounts to graduate to outside Territory Sales Manager when ready.
• Backfill graduated accounts from the region’s House Account list.
• Coordinate with ASM to identify accounts for graduation and assignment of TSMs.
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin.
