Job summary

Fissco Supply in Dallas is seeking a Territory Manager to grow HVAC parts and equipment sales with key contractors in Garland/Mesquite.

As an Outside Sales Representative in the DFW Metroplex, you will develop relationships, meet annual sales goals, and use BI tools to monitor accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of outside sales, and bilingual English/Spanish; benefits and a competitive compensation package are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with industry experience considered.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC products and equipment.
• Demonstrate sales success by offering solutions and adding value.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales calls with assigned accounts to maintain strong partnerships.
• Consult with customers to offer HVAC solutions.
• Identify and close new business within the territory.
• Meet or surpass annual sales goals.
• Use BI software to monitor and evaluate accounts.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate with branch with operations to ensure seamless service.
