Job summary

LeoForce in Shelton, CT seeks an experienced HVAC Trainer to teach hands-on HVAC technologies in a state-of-the-art facility. You will mentor students, develop practical skills, and guide them toward industry certification.

This full-time role offers a four-day week (Mon–Thu, 10 hours) with Fridays off, plus a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• HVAC license required.
• 5+ years HVAC technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on HVAC training in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Prepare students for HVAC certification exams.
• Mentor and guide students toward successful careers in HVAC.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
