Jobot is hiring an HVAC Trainer (Instructor) in Shelton, CT. You will teach hands-on training in a state-of-the-art facility and prepare students for HVAC certifications, with a focus on mentoring and student progression.

This role offers a 4-day workweek, no weekends, 3-day weekends, and competitive compensation in the $85,000–$92,000 annual range. Previous teaching is not required, and the schedule is Mon-Thu with Fridays off.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for teaching and guiding HVAC students.

• Ability to conduct hands-on training and supervise practical sessions.

Job Details

You will teach hands-on training in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring students develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the HVAC industry.

• Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 10 hour shifts - EVERY FRIDAY OFF
• Pay range: $40-$50/hour
• Experience: No prior teaching experience required
• Location: Shelton, CT

Must Haves

• HVAC License
• Master certifications would be excellent
• 5+ years' HVAC Technician experience
• Highschool Diploma/GED
