Jobot is hiring an HVAC Trainer (Instructor) in New Britain, CT to teach hands-on HVAC training in a state-of-the-art facility. The role offers 4-day work weeks with every Friday off and a salary of $85,000–$92,000 per year, with strong growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC License required.

Job Details

You will teach hands-on training in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring students develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the HVAC industry.

• Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 10 hour shifts - EVERY FRIDAY OFF
• Pay range: $40-$50/hour
• Experience: No prior teaching experience required
• Location: New Britian, CT
