Lincoln Tech in East Point, Georgia, is seeking HVAC Technicians to become valued Instructors in our HVAC Technology program. A minimum of 3 years of HVAC Technician experience is required, along with EPA 608 and OSHA 30 certifications to be obtained shortly after hiring. • Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on training in HVAC Technology.
• Facilitate Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
• Support and mentor student growth and professionalism.
• Evaluate and communicate student progress.
• Teach safety and compliance.
• Maintain a professional classroom environment.
• Complete the Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program.
• Prepare students for successful careers in HVAC.

• Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum using our Blended Learning Model
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability through advising and mentoring
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students fairly and consistently
• Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance
• Maintain a professional, visitor‑ready classroom environment
• Complete Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program
• Prepare students for a successful career in the field of HVAC Technology
