Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities. The role involves proactive testing and scheduled maintenance, within the Engineering and Technical Services function, supporting preventive maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC equipment.
Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes and safety.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for modifications.
Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
