Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education considered.
• Ability to supervise or coach others preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong math and analytical skills for calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain HVAC control systems and instruments.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment for proper operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best modification paths.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
• Lead by example and build consensus aligned with CBRE values.
• Impact customer, operational, project or service activities within teams.
