Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for HVAC/R.
• Perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
• Follow defined procedures with limited discretion under supervision.
• Work with established processes and contribute to service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards.
