Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities. You will perform proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance as part of Engineering and Technical Services.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining control systems, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring code compliance. Requires EPA/CFC certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• CFC or EPA Certification is required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electrical or pneumatic control systems for building HVAC.
• Perform ongoing maintenance to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine modifications.
• Follow existing procedures and exercise limited discretionary decisions.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under supervision.
