Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and some corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. You will document work in CMMS, install and service equipment, and ensure safe operation across client facilities.

The role requires 1–3 years of HVAC experience, blueprint literacy, and EPA 608 certification, plus a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license is required; training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial or residential HVAC maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• EPA 608 certification required; HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to sites.
• Respect for safety procedures and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and some corrective HVAC maintenance on existing equipment per CMMS work orders.
• Install, repair, and maintain motors, pumps, air handling units, and related components.
• Diagnose environmental control systems using testing and inspection methods.
• Ensure safe operation of systems and compliance with building codes.
• Assist in training other technicians and escort subcontractors on site.
