Job summary

Blackmon Service is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing systems, coordinating with clients, and delivering reliable service.

The role requires 5+ years in HVACR, EPA certification, and knowledge of HVAC controls and electrical systems. Travel is 5–10%; a Driver's license is required; the company offers comprehensive benefits and on-call support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in the HVACR industry; Liebert/Data Center/Mission Critical experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC, controls, and electrical systems.
• Universal EPA Certification Card.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications of commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure site support and timely response.
• Schedule on-call coverage and after-hours support as required.
