Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking an HVAC installer/technician to install and retrofit commercial and industrial systems in Texas. You will read blueprints, interpret specifications, and follow safety policies while delivering quality work and maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities include leading installations over 25 tons, managing sub-contractors, and using app-based software to streamline tasks. Strong communication and ethics are essential to thrive in our employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required; universal preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to use app-based technology.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong business ethics at all times.

Responsibilities

• Install and retrofit HVAC systems including piping and equipment per specs.
• Lead a team for installations exceeding 25 tons.
• Operate hand and power tools, gauges and testing equipment.
• Coordinate and manage sub-contractors; perform QA-QC tasks.
• Purchases parts and issues purchase orders to suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Maintain equipment, tools and stock on service vehicle.
• Work with app-based software as part of daily tasks.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
