Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable HVAC industry experience.
• Strong refrigerant systems knowledge, including installation, evacuation and charging.
• Understanding of control systems, wiring and thermostats.
• EPA license required for handling refrigerants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Expert troubleshooting to identify repair and replacement needs.
• Install, repair, maintain and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment.
• Commission HVAC equipment such as AHUs, fans and pumps.
• Use instruments to measure static pressure, voltage, amperage and CFM.
• Perform routine maintenance including filters, belts, compressors and motors.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and office staff.
• Complete and submit all paperwork daily.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations and practice defensive driving.
• Maintain flexible on-call rotation with 24/7 availability.
