Job summary

Oxford Property Management LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician II to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on a range of equipment, including refrigeration, air conditioning, boilers, heat pumps, and packaged units, at commercial properties.

The role requires a college or technical certificate plus 5+ years of trade experience, EPA/NATE certifications, and a valid driver's license. A proactive, detail-oriented individual will thrive in this team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate from college or technical school and 5+ years of trade-related experience.
• HVAC training/certificates: NATE or EPA Type I/II/III, refrigerant recovery.
• Experience with commercial rooftop units (RTUs).
• Ability to solder, brazing, combustion analysis, heat load/cooling load calculations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to maintain optimal operation.
• Respond to service orders, during business hours or emergencies, with timely resolution.
• Maintain complete documentation: work orders, hours, receipts and daily submissions.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and coordinating with maintenance team.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when issues fall outside scope.
