Responsibilities

Troubleshoots, calibrates, repairs, and installs HVAC or refrigeration equipment.
Perform mechanical labor and maintenance to ensure safe building environments.
Check electrical components and pneumatic controls; determine repairs.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Install and repair small electric motors; service drinking fountains, refrigerators, ice machines.
Mentor HVAC Apprentices and respond to temperature adjustments.
Maintain work orders and purchase requests; monitor supplies.
