Qualifications

Certificate from college or technical school and 5+ years of trade-related experience.
HVAC training/certificates required: North American Technician Excellence or EPA Type I, II and III, Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certificate.

Responsibilities

Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to maintain optimal operation.
Respond to HVAC service orders and after-hour calls; address problems promptly.
Complete work orders and document all work performed and hours; return daily to Maintenance Admin.
Monitor HVAC maintenance inventory, supplies, and related expenses.
Coordinate with outside contractors to resolve issues beyond scope.
Provide quality follow-up on all tasks.
Support Maintenance & Repair team as needed and assist Operations.
