Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC/R program preferred.
• Completion of an HVAC/R technical program is preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain air-handling units, rooftop units, pumps, boilers, chillers and related equipment.
• Execute mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and component replacements.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and equipment records.
• Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and assist with installations.
