Job summary

Work includes BAS control systems, boilers, chillers, rooftops, and related equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

The role requires an understanding of building codes, proper documentation, and collaboration with CMS staff to ensure optimal indoor air quality and comfort for students

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance best practices.
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment and controls.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to laws, policies, and procedures.
• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of HVAC equipment for multiple sites.
• Operate and maintain BAS and digital controls.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and perform repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and CMS staff on HVAC issues.
• Maintain safety and records; operate district fleet vehicle as required.
