Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support HVAC systems across the Manchester facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on central HVAC equipment, pumps, valves, and controls, ensuring reliable operation and energy efficiency.

A minimum of three years' experience and a Refrigerant certification are required; a valid driver's license is also necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working on Central HVAC equipment.
• Possession of Heating and A/C (Refrigerant) certification required.
• Valid driver's license is required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment and controls.
• Repair, lubricate, and rebuild pumps, valves and related components.
• Maintain equipment history files and service records.
• Install and troubleshoot building automation and control systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
