Job summary

You will inspect, test and operate systems and support preventive maintenance, repairs, and control adjustments to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

Key requirements include EPA certification and 6-10 years of heating and ventilation experience, with proficiency in hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required.
• 6-10 years' experience in heating and ventilation.
• Knowledge of proper use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC equipment and systems within the hospital.
• Implement and sustain a preventive maintenance program.
• Repair and replace systems, sub-systems, equipment and parts as needed.
• Inspect, adjust and maintain controls to ensure comfort and safety.
