Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Must pass a background clearance.
• Must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience with computers (email and work orders).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and repeatedly exert 50–60 lbs of force.
• Five years HVAC experience.
• HVAC universal certification and EPA approved refrigerant usage course.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service all types of air conditioning units and related devices and systems.
• Repair and service all mechanical controls systems.
• Service school site central plants’ non-technical portions.
• Process work orders promptly and prepare parts paperwork.
• Pursue ongoing professional development in new tech and skills.
• Perform other duties to advance district priorities.
