Responsibilities

• Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and ice-making systems.
• Applies knowledge of steam distribution, piping, valves, water reheat systems, and energy management systems.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies, oversees power outage procedures, and follows safety protocols with PPE.
• Coordinates with personnel on work orders, ensures compliance with building and safety regulations, maintains tools and vehicles.
• Dedicates 20% of the role to meetings, training, and assisting with special projects.
