Qualifications

• Contributes to department goals and adheres to policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards.
• Conducts group training sessions and on-the-job practice for other maintenance staff.
• Maintains time and material records and ensures tools are on hand.
• Oversees teams of mechanics in project completion.
• Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and initiates work orders.
