Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC knowledge and safety awareness.
- EPA certifications required for handling refrigerants.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories.
- Inspect and diagnose equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
- Deliver and remove parts and equipment needed to complete service work.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products and services.
- Record call details and manage paperwork accurately; collect payments when necessary.
