Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC technician in Rochester, NY to perform residential and light commercial service work under supervision. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote services on every visit.

Required 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license. We offer strong pay, bonuses, PTO, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years' experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential/light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect and diagnose heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Complete forms, collect payment, and communicate with dispatch.
• Promote products and services to customers and support sales leads.
