Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance of mechanical and life safety equipment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls is required.
• Ability to read and follow technical procedures and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on major mechanical and life safety equipment at multiple properties.
• Travel from base location to properties within the area of responsibility.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual life safety inspections as permitted by local regulations.
• Serve as a technical resource for corrective, preventive, and routine maintenance procedures.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts within budget guidelines.
• Keep thorough daily logs of activities and repairs, including rationale for replacements.
• Respond to emergency outages affecting HVAC, kitchen, laundry, or water systems.
