Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, LLC seeks a Traveling Preventative Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance across multiple hotel properties. You will support property engineering teams, travel frequently between properties, and ensure rooms meet brand standards and safety requirements.

The role requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and adherence to company safety guidelines. Full-time, hourly position with travel expectations across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or facilities maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms, including HVAC checks, plumbing inspections, minor electrical work, paint and wall repair, and furniture adjustments.
• Complete assigned room quotas and meet daily productivity standards.
• Identify maintenance issues and report findings to property leadership.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Accurately document all work performed in the designated maintenance system (e.g., QUORE).
• Assist with minor repairs in public areas as needed.
• Travel between assigned properties as scheduled.
