Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and install minor parts on various HVAC equipment. The role includes ensuring installations are operational, maintaining tools and stock, and following billing procedures.

The technician will uphold a strong customer-service standard and may upsell HomeServe products and services. Qualifications include a high school diploma, HVAC certification or training, and EPA certification with 1-3 years of relevant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification and/or training from an accredited technical school is desirable.
• EPA certification required with 1-3 years’ experience in HVAC or appliance service work.
• Completion of an accredited HVAC technical school may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and appliances.
• Install minor/routine parts and ensure equipment is operational.
• Install HVAC equipment and other appliances as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage truck stock.
• Apply company billing and installation procedures accurately.
• Maintain a positive customer service approach and upsell company products.
