Courtyard Rocky Mount is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain the hotel's exterior and guest areas. You will perform routine painting, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for guests.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, relevant experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong teamwork, communication, and a commitment to service are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Maintenance Technician Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our property. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our hotel property.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities to maintain the hotel property.
• Replace air conditioner filters to ensure proper functioning of the HVAC system.
• Tend to air conditioners, cooling towers, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests.
• Maintain standards of quality guest service by ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Tend to the pool area, including chemical balancing and cleaning, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
