Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to support preventative and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems for client facilities.

You will inspect, test, and repair mechanical systems, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration equipment while maintaining clean work areas and adhering to safety standards. The role requires five+ years of experience, a Universal Refrigeration License, and the ability to read and write English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; formal HVAC training completed.
• Five or more years of related experience are required.
• Must possess Universal Refrigeration License.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment and systems across facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure HVAC uptime.
• Monitor and adjust refrigerants, heat exchangers, boilers, pumps, and piping.
• Record readings and maintain operation logs; ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with electrical controls and motor control maintenance as needed.
• Work safely and in compliance with OSHA requirements.
