Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups.
• Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site.
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order.
• Representing the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Service HVAC Technician to join our service team at R&R Heating and Air Conditioning. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups

• Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Nate Certification
• Idaho Journeyman
• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Procore knowledge
