JARBO is seeking mid-senior level Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. This role offers progressive pay, incentives, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience is required.
• Active EPA Universal certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Able to climb/balance on ladders and work in elevated locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance and start-ups.
• Calibrate controls; verify system performance and documentation.
• Safely use ladders; work at heights and in mechanical spaces.
• Maintain vehicle condition; complete monthly inspection forms.
• Manage truck stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
• Communicate clearly with customers; uphold professional standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation; complete after-hours service tickets.
