System One in the Denver Metro Area is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment. You will service RTUs, split systems, package units, heat pumps, and ventilation systems while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Service RTUs, split systems, package units, heat pumps, exhaust fans, make-up air units, and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers.
• Complete digital service reports and document work performed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled.

Pay: $35.00–$55.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, heat pumps, exhaust fans, make-up air units, and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers.
• Complete digital service reports and document work performed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on rooftops, ladders, and mechanical rooms.

Preferred Experience

• VRF/VRV systems
• Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
• Chillers and boilers
• Refrigeration experience
• NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
