Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is hiring for a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Sarasota, FL. The role pays $28-$45/hour with weekly pay and a potential sign-on bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines, while troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
