Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC in Homestead seeks a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician to service and repair RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines. EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver’s license are required; field experience preferred. On‑call rotation is one week on/off.

We offer weekly pay, a $2,500 sign‑on bonus and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) match, and PPE/tools provided.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• On‑Call rotation (one week on / one week off)

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins and ice machines
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance
