Job summary

ConServ Building Services is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician to service and repair RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines across commercial sites in the Miami area. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to uptime for critical systems.

EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver’s license are required, with preference for those with HVAC/R experience.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.

$28-$45/hour | Weekly Pay | Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
