Job summary

ConServ Building Services is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in South Carolina. The role offers $28-$45/hour with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. You will service and repair RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines, while performing preventative maintenance.

Requirements include EPA Universal Certification, a valid driver’s license, and HVAC/R experience. You should be able to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation schedule.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• On-call rotation: one week on, one week off.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
