ConServ Building Services, LLC in Lakeland, FL is hiring a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician. Competitive pay at $28-$45/hour with weekly pay and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The role includes field and office support, company vehicle after probation, and comprehensive benefits.

You will service and repair HVAC/R systems, handle RTUs and ice machines, perform diagnostics, and conduct preventative maintenance while advancing toward lead tech or supervisory roles.

Formación

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle on-call rotation.

What you will be doing:

What you need for this position:

• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• On Call rotation 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month
