Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is hiring a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Bradenton, FL. The role focuses on servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems, RTUs, walk-ins, and ice machines with a strong emphasis on diagnostics and prevention.

The position offers competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, a sign-on bonus, and a broad benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage on-call rotations

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance

What you will be doing:

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems


• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines


• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs


• Perform preventative maintenance

What you need for this position:

• EPA Universal Certification


• Valid Driver’s License


• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred


• Ability to work independently


• On Call rotation 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month
