Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC in Largo, FL, is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician. You will service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.

We offer weekly pay, up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus, company vehicle, tool kit, uniforms, medical plans, 401(k) match, and generous PTO. Growth opportunities and ongoing training are provided for career advancement.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• On-Call rotation 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
