Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with technical training; technical certification preferred.
• Universal EPA/CFC license for refrigerant handling required.
• Minimum 4 years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC focus.
• Experience with packaged HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Operate and troubleshoot packaged HVAC units, building automation, and fire/safety systems.
• Inspect facilities and document conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Execute work orders for interior/exterior repairs and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with facilities management to prioritize maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency service calls to restore critical building systems.
